Lotus 40 is a semi-rigid non-woven based leather reinforcement material. Its strong structure lets it to be used in virtually all areas where reinforcement is needed. 

 

Lotus 40 has a verycompetitive price againts its cotton counterparts.

It has a stiffer effect compared to Rimtex ™ series of products and used as both reinforcement and ping pong effect toe puff and counters in soft ladies shoes.

 

Lotus has easy forming and good form retention properties, high air permeability.

The special low activation temperature of 90°C coating lets it to be used with real and vinyl type leathers.

 

Application temperature: 90°C - 120°C 5-10 seconds
