Fenice - thermopolymerizable base coat for mass production of leather goods. Viscosity index time is 40 seconds. The optimal temperature at the station is from 200 to 250 degrees, on the iron 170-220 degrees. Attention! Vulcanization of paint is not allowed!
Thermopolymerizable base coat can also be dried in a drying chamber at a temperature of 50 ° C or on a table at room temperature.

General rules for applying edge paints:
Prepare a clean leather edge.
Then apply a coat of Fenice HS 5750/TC edge paint primer and let dry for 10-20 minutes. Do not apply too much primer in one iteration.
Next, apply a layer of edge paint and allow to dry for 10-20 minutes (drying time depends on the temperature and humidity level in the room). Don't apply too much paint in one iteration.
When the paint is dry, you can sand it with 240 to 1000 grit sandpaper to achieve an even surface. You can also use a filleteuse hot iron to flatten the edge.
Clean the edge surface with a damp cloth
Repeat steps 3, 4 and 5 until you get the desired result.
