Adhesives

PS 7200, is synthetic rubber based hot melt adhesive. It is favoured low odour, good penetration to various substrates, high bond strength. In the footwear industry, for bonding leather, felt and EVA with insole during insole lining process. Each box has 25 kg of product. Each pack has 0,5 kg.

Front mounted adhesive is a stick-shaped, co-polyester based thermoplastic adhesive and used in front mounted machines. Front mounted adhesive is an ideal adhesive for the production of shoes. Thanks to its quick application time, flexibility, wettability and excellent adhesion performance to leather, synthetic leather and salpa(insoles).

Tin free.

Denlaks TP 3100, is a solvent based,high strength, polyurethane resin adhesive for bonding PVC, polyurethane, thermo, synthetic or natural rubber shoe soles to very kind of uppers.It is used in the production of footwear for bonding leather, artificial leather and textured fabrics of PVC, PU, TR, natural rubber, synthetic rubber, thermo rubber, leather, neolite, EVA, microlight rubber and TPU sole with appropriate Denlaks Primers. Suitable Denlaks primers provide high strength and durable bond to different materials.

Denlaks Primer 285 S, is two parts halogenation primer and is effective on vulcanised and thermoplastic rubber shoe soles for bonding uppers with Denlaks polyurethane adhesives.

Back mounting adhesive is a co-polyester based thermoplastic adhesive in stick form and is used in back mounting machines. It is an ideal adhesive for shoe production due to its quick application time, flexibility, wettability and excellent adhesion performance to leather, synthetic leather and salpa.

Denlaks Primer 300 S, is two parts halogenation primer and is effective on vulcanised and thermoplastic rubber shoe soles for bonding uppers with Denlaks polyurethane adhesives.

Denlaks Densol V, is shoe sole cleaner, the mix of different oil absorber solvents. Especially suitable for PVC and PU shoe soles for the clean dust, oil, dye contaminants on the surface before the bonding with Denlaks adhesives.

Renia is manufactured in Germany in accordance with European Union standards 

Renia is viscous. Compared to diluted products such as water, it is economical and economical as it is sufficient to use much less (such as one to two) for the same job. 

Renia can be used effectively on all kinds of materials including PVC, while aqueous products in the market cannot provide sufficient adhesion because they are absorbed by materials such as suede and nubuck. 

Renia contains polychloroprene, which is the main ingredient of the adhesive, at a high rate of 25%, so it has higher grip, adhesion and carrying ability.

Unlike the adhesives in the market, Renia does not cause hardening, breaking and deformation of the material it bonds and does not cause shrinkage. 

While adhesives that do not have sufficient elasticity can not adapt and overlap with the surface on which they are applied, Renia gives excellent results on moving surfaces with its high elasticity. 

Renia does not solidify in the period until the next use and does not require continuous tip cutting. Since it is sediment-free, it is used until the last drop without waste. 

Renia is a healthy product with ISO 13485 qualification for use even in medical products and dental prostheses.

Denlaks T 28, is a single part, ready-to-use, solvent borne polychloropren and synthetic resin based adhesive with high bonding strength, prepared with the special formulation. It has been developed as a general purpose adhesive to be used in the upper production in the shoe, footwear, leather, artificial leather, belt, bag industry and furniture, upholstery, automotive etc. It is also used in vardola and textile materials, EVA sole and in manufacturing EVA slippers.
