Denlaks İnter 49, is a single part, ready-to-use, solvent borne polychloropren and synthetic resin based adhesive with high bonding strength, prepared with the special formulation. It has been developed as a general purpose adhesive to be used in the upper production in the shoe, footwear, leather, artificial leather, belt, bag industry and furniture, upholstery, automotive etc. It is also used in vardola and textile materials, EVA sole and in manufacturing EVA slippers.

How to Apply Ribond T2?
- Surface Preparation: Surfaces to be bonded must be entirely clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, and grease. Sand the surfaces if necessary.
- Application: Apply a thin, even layer of Ribond T2 adhesive to both surfaces using a brush or spatula.
- Waiting Time: Allow 15-20 minutes for the solvent to evaporate (until the adhesive no longer sticks to your finger when touched).
- Bonding: Align both dry surfaces accurately and join them by applying high pressure (using a press or hammer).

Denlaks Primer 600 T, is a first coat primer, used prior to the application of Denlaks 300 S, for the unsanded natural and synthetic rubber soles in footwear production.
Denlaks Denclean 20, is the EVA cleaning primer, applied to the EVA sole, before application of Denlaks adhesive and EVA 97 surface preparation solution; especially suitable for the EVA sole.

It is used in the production of footwear for bonding leather, artificial leather and textured fabrics of PVC, PU, TR, natural rubber, synthetic rubber, thermo rubber, leather, neolite, EVA, microlight rubber and TPU sole with appropriate Denlaks Primers.
Denlaks WPA 7501, is a solvent based, elastomer based product that gives waterproof properties to seams in shoe production. Especially in the production of waterproof boots; the adhesive is produced in different colors for first and second coat application since double seam application is required for the seams.
Denlaks TP 1700, is a solvent based, high strength, polyurethane resin adhesive developed for the footwear industry. It is used in rubber polyurethane injection.
Denlaks MIL 4051 NV, is a solvent-based, ready-to-use, elastomer based adhesive prepared with special formulation and high bonding strength. It is especially used in the production process of thermo-sole shoes. The viscosity of the product is thin enough to be used in robotic machinery that injects and sticks the thermo rubber sole used in the production of such shoes, into the mold. After application of the adhesive with the aid of a brush on the upper or vardola, it gets dry very quickly and the adhesion occurs after the injection of thermo rubber into the upper in the mold.
Denlaks SB 210, is a double component, water based polyurethane adhesive. It is used successfully, in shoe production, in sole assembly. It is also used for adhesion of thermo, synthetic and natural rubber based soles; after applying appropriate DENLAKS primers (surface preparation chemicals). It is applied with brush.
Denlaks SB 350, is a two component water based polyurethane dispersion. It is a low viscosity adhesive used mainly for bonding PVC, PU and thermo rubber soles. It is applied with pistole.
